Milk Chocolate

Milk chocolates are filled with sugar to make them sweeter. Thanks to the deadly combination of sugar and milk, the calorie count of these chocolates gets very high. All of these refined foods are high in calories, which can be very harmful if not proportionally eaten.

At some point in your life, you have learned that chocolate is good. That’s right — for dark chocolate. Unfortunately, milk chocolate has added ingredients such as whole milk and sugar that add up to its content of fat, calories, and sugar. Though it’s sweeter than its darker equivalent, it’s not nearly as safe either. Instead of indulging in a white chocolate candy bar, enjoy an ounce of dark chocolate with a glass of red wine every evening to encourage heart health. Stick for optimum nutritional benefits with just one ounce, though.

Takeout Pizza

It’s normal to order a few pizzas for the family on a Friday night, but this isn’t healthy. While pizza does have tomato sauce and cheese, all of which have their health benefits, it equally has plenty of carbs, sodium, and fat. If you are watching your weight, it’s best not to pick up your phone and order takeout. Instead, purchase some whole wheat bread at the grocery store (you won’t notice the difference) and add safe toppings such as low-sodium tomato sauce, mozzarella part-skim, and vegetables.

Pasta

White pasta is similar to bread because it is filled with simple carbohydrates, but its glycemic index is not quite as high, which means that white bread can’t turn into fat. Overall, however, it’s still not right for you as it has a ton of sugar, which eventually can even lead to weight gain. Replace white pasta with whole wheat (or at least replace half of your white pasta with whole wheat), to cut back on simple sugars.

Creamy Soup

Typically, creamy soups are made from heavy cream – a very fattening ingredient. Also, any soup canned you found contains sodium. While chicken cream may be what you want on a cold day, it’s certainly not the best choice for anyone trying to escape obesity. This soup usually contains about seven grams of fat per half-cup, and you can expect to eat at least twice than when you’re craving a big bowl.

Candy Bar

Candy bars are a big no for someone who needs to look after their wellbeing. Such sexy, cute-looking bars are exceptionally high on calories. To intensify the tasteful, they are powdered and packed with sugar.

Packed Juices

Try always to eat fresh juice over dried ones. Packaged juices contain added sugar, preservatives to enhance the shelf-life and taste. Even the juices that come with natural tags of 100 percent are not a safe choice. Therefore if you want to enjoy the fruit’s benefits, always drink it fresh.
